y'all...........stfu abt "religion is evil" nonsense. i agree with op 100%, but u need to understand that this is just one aspect/interpretation of 1 religion out of thousands. a lot of people find peace and comfort and culture within religion-- its disrespectful as hell to imply christianity is "the one all".

besides, dismissing all religion in that manner w/o recognizing the nuance will only aid in genocide of various cultures. not to say *you* are personally responsible, but if enough people think its inherently bad, itll start movements. itll start more hate groups, people who are visibly practicing will get more harassment, more laws will be placed against minority groups, etc.
