👱Day 25 - Insanity Max: 30 Tabata Strength! 💪 Some of you may have wondered why I haven't been posting? You see, I didn't listen to my body, and basically kept going without proper rest until it decided it couldn't go any more! Yep! That's just about what happened! I developed an inner ear👂& sinus 👃 infection. Both of them combined really threw me for a loop! 😨 Never had an ear infection before, so I had no idea how bad it could be! Dr. put me on 10 days of antibiotics and some pretty pricey ear drops. Really! Glad I didn't have to pay the normal $208.00 for them! Yikes! 😲 Remember... it's so much cheaper to stay heathy than unhealthy, and then have to pay medical bills! I'm not 100% better, but after 5 days of not being able to workout, I'm feeling GREAT!!!! Feeling very energized & happy! ☺ Best feeling ever! Try it! You might like it!!! Very addicting! 👅
