WAKE UP BESTIE IT'S WIP WED---THURSDAY????

Boy do I have a treat for you all!! I've started the backrooms au with Hobie, here's sneak peek for the next Bobby fic, one Robert req and one for hobie plus an obsession AU with aerion (lyonel appearance) set in my arryn r au bc I just watched the movie and I loved it!!!! Can you all tell that I'm in a horror kick lately 😉 also update on the bobby fic I won't be able to finish it this weekend I've only written like 5k of it but I will try my best to finish it as quickly as possible!!

The door opens with a hiss, and Hobie doesn't need to turn around to see who came out of it. “He's not pressing charges.” You say into the biting cold, standing behind him with your coat hugged around yourself. “But the owner banned the band from playing here.” “Good riddance. We're not missin’ much.” Hobie bitingly says, puffs of smoke escaping from his lips. “Hobie, we needed that gig.” You answer exasperatedly, jaw tight as you stare at his leather clad back. “The band needed this.” “There are other pubs ‘round, love.” He flicks the ash, watching it drift into the air.

What horrors lie inside for us?” You mutter back, licking at your dry lips as you lay limp beside him. “Dolls.” “What?” Your head cranes in his direction, eyes narrowed, vision blurry and adjusting when you've been staring at the light for too long. “Dolls.” Bobby flutters his lips, glasses hitched up to his head casually, hair sticking up all over the place. “It looks like a place where it would have those creepy antique dolls.” You crack a smile. “I think you're still a little bit high, Bobby.” “The shit we went through sobered me up.”

“Robertson?” His thoughts are popped by an intern with a clipboard in hand as she peeks over the doorway, looking anxious and fidgety. “Yeah?” You and Robert simultaneously turn at the same time. Robert is elated, like drifting on a cloud as a lopsided smile tugs at the corner of his lips. Chortling, you pat Sonar on his arm before sidling next to your husband. A title you’re happy and proud to call him as. “Which Robertson? Mister or missus?”

“Lovie, I—” the tiny wooden box sits heavier in his pocket. “I don't know what to tell you.” Hobie rubs at the back of his neck, eyes straying far from your own. To you he looks guilty. To him, he's hiding the surprise from you lest he ruins weeks of work. “Baby,” you coo, albeit sadly. “I trust you but I'm fucking worried…Whenever I turn the telly on I half expect to see you on it. I'm fucking terrified.” “I know, ‘m sorry.” Sighing, Hobie tries to swallow the lump in his throat. “‘m safe, you don't ‘ave to worry.” “How would I know when you don't even answer my texts or when you only come home when it's almost dawn?”

“My sincere congratulations.” Lyonel utters through his clenched teeth, monotone, reined in. Eyes turning to you, immediately softening. Aerion knows that look— pity. “I shall leave you be, princess, you must rest. And…” he steps closer, a thumb right on your wrist as you two share a look that Aerion isn't privy to but wishes he was. “Remember what I told you.” Taking your hand in his, he presses a kiss on your knuckles as his gaze never leaves yours. “Lady Arryn.” “My Lord Baratheon…” you answer breathlessly. Watching him leave and disappear into the crowd. My, the simple word shouldn't get to the prince, it shouldn't bash right at his chest and break his ribcage into pieces. But it has, you've taken his heart in your fist and threw it on the ground, stomping right on it even when it still sings your name. He should be yours and you should be his. But that word, *my Lord Baratheon, Aerion thinks you were never his to begin with. That you are a stag's doe, not a dragon's wife. Aerion's heart is shattered by his feet, he wants to take the sharp shards and cut you and himself so you would know the exact pain of seeing you look at someone else with love. He should be the only recipient of that, not some storm Lord that you happen to chance upon before you met him. He will take you to the grave with him if that's what it takes.

Also also! I will start the octobie theme voting a month earlier so that everyone has enough time to make their octobie posts unlike the previous years!! (Hint: they will all be horror themed/tropes 😉)
