first year's contour study
some of the better drawings I made during my first art class in college focus includes the elements of value, perspective and contour
when the sun hits
Clear curtains spray A curly haze Sink your Feet Like Teeth It's Wet As a Peach Fresh, the Truth is Lick both lips Skin the salt soothes When the sun hits
Working on line-quality
Friendly anons from /co/ and /ic/ have been advising me to stop using chicken-scratch lines when I sketch. Instead, I should use consecutive lines with a consistent contour, practicing using my elbow and shoulders when I draw in order to create uniform line weight.
If any of you guys are running into the same problem, I'd suggest you do the same.

Intro post
Yo, I'm BombJoe. College art student who can't draw for shit, pursuing an animation degree. Critiques are most definitely appreciated.
Solely an art blog, seldom would talk about my personal life.
Asks would be mostly private, unless it seems fitting to publicize it.
G.K. Chesterton and George Bernard Shaw Two literary geniuses. While at odds at each other politically and philosophically, they still remain to be great friends, complimenting on their intellect and thoughtful discussions. Their friendship is the essential example of what tolerance truly means: Agree to disagree, all in due respect. Done in charcoal (both black and white). (2014)
