Toasted almond oil. @realfoodliz mentioned toasted almond oil a few months (?years -- idk I've been listening to #BalancedBites for too long!) and I've been perpetually obsessed ever since. Heat toasted sesame oil and sautéed veg with salt, pepper, kelp and then sear some salmon-- so simple!
