Since getting a few post-bloom orchids I have spent some time listening to videos and learning about maintaining them. One of my bargain orchids had bloomed some more so I never got the chance to repot her into a bark medium. Sadly this meant that she threw a fit shortly after a tad bit too much watering and started to display a yellow leaf. So according to a video I waited for the leaf to turn completely yellow and then was just able to pull it off. I am so baffled by plants sometimes. I could even see where it was trying to seal off the area in preparation for the leaf being shed.
