Hello there nonny, I’m sorry this seems confusing to you.  In short, we’re a supernatural bio discord rp based on Bloodbound by Pixleberry as well as its spin-off Nightbound and several other supernatural sources of material. 

We’ve taken the ideas from Bloodbound and run with it in a much bigger scope to involve a lot more creatures and agendas. The themes ( clanless v clan, what makes a monster, power corruption etc. )  are similar but have opened up to involve much more than simply vampires and werewolves as well as branch out into topics not quite covered with the three stories. We’ve tweaked a lot to make it enjoyable for all players ( fans of Choices and nonfans alike) no matter where they’re coming from. as we want to include as many as possible.  I hope that helps clear up the confusion.

How active are you guys would you say? Now -- I know that's kind of a loaded question, everyone wants to say they're super active, so please don't think I have bad intentions or am trying to be rude. As a former RPG Admin myself I know it seems weird to ask. But I mean more along the lines of that I'm considering joining, but due to RL being erratic sometimes and out of the blue there might be a sudden needed hiatus, etc. So I guess my real question is how is activity when paired with a busy RL?

Hey there!Totally not a weird question, I expect it a lot actually.  The honest answer is: we have a pretty lax activity rule of replying at least every 5-6 days because well like you said RL can be super erratic and not everyone can reply every day or even every few days. Discord is sorta great for that thing, in my opinion. For the most part, our players seem to be pretty good about getting replies done/threads started and moving every couple of days sometimes we have busy days and others we have days where there’s less movement seeing as many, if not all of us, either is going to uni +  a job or are working full time, or working several jobs etc etc. We tend to be really understanding that replies can’t happen every day or even every 3 days on the dot. I hope that explains it well enough! If not let me know and I’ll try to do better!!

So how close to Bloodbound are you guys really? Just loosely based off of it or if we were to look because we enjoy the BB crew would we find characters like Adrian Raines and Kamilah Sayeed here? Thanks in advance for answering.

Hey there!!

So I'd say we're a good mix. We've created a world that not only fans of the books enjoy but those who haven't can still enjoy. A lot of our core is based on themes and ideas within that series and its spin-off. Just to make it so everyone can enjoy parts of it. As for roles, I highly recommend checking out the ROLES page. You can expect to see characters based on our favorites like Adrian, Kamilah, Pyria, Jax, Vega, Nicole, even Kenna, Jake, Drake and a whole lot from other books as well. We've simply tweaked things here and there to better fit our world and to give players more freedom to add their own spin to the character. Hope that helps!!
