Ew. Tsukasa doesn’t actually mind so much where he and Hadyn are placed either, as long as they’re not involved in any politics. Tsukasa is keen on minding his own business; just himself and Hadyn and the people meaningful to them, and he’s quietly glad that Hadyn holds the same sentiment. This is how it should be.

“The dragons here are? I was under the impression dragons were like that anyway. But oh well. I’m careful anyway.” Tsukasa is also quietly glad to hear Hadyn use the “C” word for a change; it’s a big relief, actually.

“…It’s nice to know I can count on you, too. I feel like I have fewer things to worry about.” Tsukasa smiles up at Hadyn, before he abruptly has to turn away with a loud, squeaky sneeze. “Oof. Excuse me.”

There’s a soft snicker as Hadyn pats the top of his mate’s head. As long as he can make Tsukasa feel at ease, that’s all that matters. With the absorption of all this new energy, he’d be able to protect them both for sure. There’s surely volcanoes here too, so there’s nothing to worry about. Hadyn will make sure nothing happens to him or Tsukasa. They’ve got friends and allies here, they’ll be fine. That’s what Hadyn wants to believe.

“ Oh, bless ya’. Gettin’ allergies are ya’? Heh heh. C’mon, we should start headin’ to our new place. My… Ma says she already took PA an’ Snowy over there. ‘m sure they’re dyin’ ta’ see ya’ after that big jump. ”

Tsukasa laughs softly, brushing the back of his hand across his face in a bashful sort-of gesture. His apprehension takes a place in the background to his excitement. They have already made up for all the terrible things that have happened in the past, but this feels official.

Tsukasa gets to start over with Hadyn. They have a new home. Hadyn has parents. And Tsukasa is a parent to two little fur-babies that need him!

--He sniffles and tilts his head back for another oncoming sneeze, but this one doesn’t come. He shakes his head.

“Okay. I want to go now.” Tsukasa smiles and reaches for Hadyn’s hand.

“I guess.” Tsukasa isn’t convinced. Something feels off. Something he can’t quite place. But hearing it from Hadyn is reassuring enough for now.

“Um, have your…parents said anything about where we will stay?” It’s going to take Tsukasa some getting used to the idea that Hadyn has parents now. He can’t even imagine what Hadyn is going through.

Hadyn grins and kisses his husband’s forehead before pulling back slightly. It’s true that the new leylines and energy waves are a bit disorientating but it’s not a bad thing; Hadyn doesn’t see it as bad anyways. Gaining energy is what they need, especially after being restricted for so long. Imagine them being able to unlock their full potential and becoming the ULTIMATE power couple.

“ Yeah, actually. I mean, I told ‘em we just don’t want anythin’ with whatever is goin’ on ‘ere, but ta’ just be in the background… so they got a lil’ place set up somewhere near a place called Strike Point…? I dunno, sounds cool but this is all new territory, so we gotta’ be careful. Guess the dragons ‘ere are real shit heads. ”

Hadyn rubs his cheek, before he gives a smile and pulls Tsu closer by the hand, embracing him snugly. He presses a kiss to the albino’s head, exhaling shortly.

“ It’s gonna’ be an adjustment. But y’know, a lil’ more power ain’t bad. Think o’ all the shit we can do now. We could even look into more magic. Ain’t that the shit? ”
