It’s 2020, remember that:
If you're going to raise the kid, abortion is your decision to make
Sexual harassment often means a lifelong scar
Pedophilia is a crime, not illness
Abstinence only programs do not work
Menstruation is not dirty
Blaming teenage pregnancy on the girls is ridiculous
Birth control should focus on the one who can fertilise 30 women a month, not those who can only get pregnant once in a year or so
Men need to bear the same responsibility for a child as women
LGBTQ+ folks are equal with straight cis people
LGBTQ+ people do not have an agenda to turn others "gay"
"Gay" is not a bad thing to be
If a person gives you their preferred pronous, respect them
A person should not be afraid to use their preferred bathroom
Religion is okay if you are not hurting others
Instutionalised racism exists
I do not understand that it is 2020 and there are still people who do not understand this. There are people who still believe, that women should not have right to vote. There are people, who believe that you can "catch gay". There are people who believe abortion is murder, but they stop caring about the child as soon as it is born. There are people who keep misgendering others as a way to taunt them. There are people who are killed because they used a wrong bill, played with a BB gun, slept in their own house, just because their skin has more melatonin. And there are a lot of people who use their religion as an excuse for all of this. Remember, the Bible or the Quran or whichever book your religion is based on, was not sent to us from heaven. It was written by people, who are not perfect. Religion does not automatically make you a good person, it can give you tools for that, but being good is not about which god you do or don't believe in. It's in how you treat those who are not in the position of power - women, kids, POC, LGBTQ+
Oh, and coronavirus is real and if you cannot wear a mask to protect that friendly 70yo neighbour, you are a dick.
