Fallout OC time this is Will Stone(twospirit, he/they) and his weird mule He's for a merge of New Vegas and the series. He's a courier, but not necessarily THE Courier. Miscelaneous tidbits about Dizzy.

Dizzy is a prewar ghoul.

Pronouns are it/that preferably, but they/them is also okay. Afab and was repressing a LOT of feminine working class rage before the world ended.

Identifies more as a creature than human and takes the ghoulification and the fallout as a rebirth.

Not in the Children of Atom but not not in the Children of atom.

Not a glowing one, but veins do fainting glow in reaction to adrenaline.

Improvisational engineer. Over time takes skills learned in Mister Handy factory to be a practical scrap merchant and repair hand.

Inventive and creative. Nothing is a problem if it can turn it into a puzzle.

Has a mutant possum named Pocket but thinks she's a fucked up cat.

Mutant hound named Shrek and she's a sweet baby.

Collects and hordes music.

Spent prewar life masking and will no longer do it, and so gets mistaken for a feral more often than other lucid ghouls.

Will pretend to be feral to avoid conflict by bluffing.

The hair is two party city wigs sewed together.
