Tartoza's central district. The lot is large: ice cream parlor, cafe, bar, gym, ceramics shop and workshop, beauty salon, photo studio, bookstore, music studio. There's a small alley with a picnic area. Regarding the canal: I wanted to make a canal, and I don't care that it leads to nowhere. It's so beautiful to me. gameplay was tested To get employees to come, I recommend using the mod Zerbu - Spawn Refresh

finally managed to figure out how to make tattoos in the sims 3 (me and photopea have some SERIOUS beef rn ヾ(๑╹◡╹)ﾉ🔪, serves me right for being broke)

TS3: Tab Camera Tweaks

This is a tiny, simple mod that alters the behavior of the tab camera mode and makes some cosmetic changes when taking screenshots. 🎥

Going into tab mode fully hides the UI, just like when pressing F10.

Headlines will be hidden automatically when entering tab mode. This includes the plumbbob, progress meters and speech/thought balloons.

This feature is optional, enabled by default, and can be toggled in the package’s Tuning file.

Taking screenshots will no longer show the camera flash effect.

The screenshot shutter sound effect has been changed to the camera shutter sound effect from World Adventures; the expansion itself is not required.

Compatibility & Issues

This mod replaces the following EA resources and will conflict with any other mods that do so:

ui_camera_photo01 (_AUD)

ATLAS_HUDCameraFlash_00 (IMAG)

Visual effects such as relationship gain/loss, social influence gain and memories will not be hidden in tab mode.

Sims 4 - Executive Chair Sitting Poses

NOTE: This is a refresh of my old AlpineLapine - Living Chair Poses pose pack. It is designed to be a replacement for it, so delete the AlpineLapine - Living Chair Poses from your mods folder since this is the same file edited. The old version of these poses sucked ass for too long, so I improved them and cut out the redundant ones.

Needs the Executive Guest Chair which is in the base game, but locked behind career progress. You can unlock it using the 'bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement' cheat.

12 individual poses, some with hands on lap and legs crossed and some with hands on the arms of the chair.

There's no specific Fat Sims All in One for this as the clipping on fat Sims is minor, but there is a Fat Sims version of the hands-together sneaky pose.

Unlocked the Cut Cake With and Feed Cake To interactions so they can be used outside of the normal wedding cake setup. Your Sims can now share cake moments more freely, whether it’s for storytelling, family scenes, parties, birthdays, or even machinima.

✨Tickle Mercilessly✨

Tickle interaction is unlocked for more ages and relationships. Sims can tickle Teen through Elder Sims, and adults can also tickle children — with children able to tickle adults back.

Finally, after almost a month of waiting in the queue, MTS approved my Ultimate Object Overhaul mod!

Fixes the categories and subcategories of thousands of objects.

Sorts objects by size, type and function within subcategories.

Fixes slot placement and wall placement of all objects.

Adds dozens of new objects to the Catalog, including new rewards.

Adds all the SimPort rewards to the catalog and fixes the sorting.

Add tons of new objects to the Edit in Town category.

Default replacement school board | Improved lettering

I didn't want to completely overhaul the original drawings/writings – they're already really cool. The goal was different: to keep that signature Sims school vibe while making it a little easier on the eyes.

🖍️ I updated the textures – cleaner lines, neater strokes, and added some small details – where it used to be empty, there's now something fun (like magnets on the board).

The original style is still there, but it's had a “restyling” :)

After adding the file to your Mods folder, the in-game textures will be replaced automatically. Please read the instructions carefully!

❗Important: this is a default replacement, which means: only one such replacement file can be in your Mods folder. After adding the file, the textures will swap automatically. If you don't like it, simply delete the file.
