Iβve gained 7 pounds since this damn quaratine.
I take 2-3 mile walks, I eat as many veggies as I can, Iβm trying to drink as much water as I can.
I also donβt think if itβs just me but seeing all these weight loss tips, tricks, the whole Adele nonsense Iβve been finding it all very triggering. So Iβm trying to stay off that.
Anyone have anything theyβve been doing thatβs helpful?????
