After my clients I still needed to train and do my 45 minutes of cardio. Yes, my Friday evening ended at 11:30 pm @ufcgym. I'm sore, but not as sore as I should be thanks to @snacsystem and #zma. Now Im waking up and seeing this post from @underarmourwomen @underarmour and I know I'm making all the right choices in my journey as a professional bikini bodybuilder and as a personal trainer. #tbt to last weekend's competition in Phoenix! This is my back pose from finals. I am starting to see the changes in my physique. Shoulders are starting to look fuller and overall, I am achieving a much more proportionate look. I have been focusing a lot on "the shelf", the top part of the glutes, to make glutes appear a bit higher and fuller. Still need more of the glute/hamstring tie-in to pop and really make the glutes stand out. I love analyzing my stage pics. It is important to look at your physique the way a judge would. It is easy to get caught up in all your hard work, but the judges don't know what you do day in and day out. So look at your pics without emotion. Be honest with yourself and always ask, was this my very best? Can I improve? I can honestly say this was the best I could achieve with 3 weeks of preparation with the guidance of @kimbooddo @bodybyo and I know without a shadow of a doubt, I can improve. Sometimes, it is just a matter of being patient and taking the appropriate amount of time to make the changes needed. Excited to finally do a show close to home! I can't believe it has been a year since I have competed in the #SacPro @spectrumfitnessproductions! Last year, I tied for third and walked away with a fourth place trophy and a beautiful crown. At the time, it was only my 2nd show as a pro. 23 days left until this #bayarea girl gets to compete in Sacramento!
