a book with a character with whom you would switch lives with // #rrnewlife honestly I have a twin brother and I’d defiantly want to try out a having twin sister like cath 😅
The book I’m reading first for reading rush is Maestro by Peter Goldsworthy. It’s actually a book I have to read for class so that’s why I’m prioritising it. I’ve been reading it today in my spare period and so far I’ve tabbed, bent and written in the book, which I’ll take as a good sign. It’s a short book so I hope I finish it relatively quickly 🤞 so I can get into my other reads! -
I’m so excited for the reading rush! I’ve been in a bit of a slump so hopefully it’ll remedy it 💞 My TBR: - Eliza and Her Monsters By Francesca Zappia [read in the same spot the whole time] my copies currently waiting for me at the library - Maestro by Peter Goldsworthy ( I have to read it for school lol) - The Outsiders By S. E. Hinton [watch the movie adaption and authors first book] - Shadow and Bone By Leigh Bardugo [meant to read last year] - Zenobia By Lars Horneman and Morten Dürr [purple on the cover]
@forget_me_not_originals
will you please be quiet, please? so this is one of the other books I have to read for class and I’m lowkey (literally everyone in my class does not like it 🙂) loving it??? Like I thought I did not like short stories but apparently I do
Howls Moving Castle 🔥 I’m obsessed! I watched the movie with some friends in January and I LOVED it! I loved it so much that I bought the book and read it (obviously). I honestly thought that I wouldn’t end up liking the book because I generally read more mature books but oh boy! oh boy- it was so good! (5⭐️) oh and I tabbed it- A LOT
The Nanny Diaries and The Devil Wears Prada were the first mature books I ever read I think (who let 11/12 year old me read this?) I defiantly don’t think I would like them at all if I were to reread them now 🤷♀️
Wow! I can’t believe the magicians ended with only 3 seasons! I wish they had done a fourth season!!
y’all howl’s moving castle is so good it hurts
I literally love the magicians so much I could cry
Crazy Rich Asians ✨ I can’t believe I didn’t post about this last year but… I really enjoyed Crazy Ruch Asians! Omg and sad I enjoyed the book so much I spilt some coffee on it (uhhh🙃)
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time 🥀 tbh I don’t really know what this book is about bc I’m too lazy to go read the blurb 🙃lolol Hopefully I enjoy it though 🤞

The Grisha Trilogy and Six of Crows are getting Netflix adaptations, one part of me is screaming with delight the other is Worried™
Paper Girls 1 & 2 ✨ This year one of my goals is to read more graphic novels! I’ve only read 2 other graphic novels before but I think I’ll really like Paper Girls! Do you guys have any Graphic Novel recommendations?
