1. CHOCOLATE POPSICLES/ CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM:
Now we all know that summertime means it’s time for ice creams and other delicious treats! We all crave snacks that cool us down instantly but are extremely tasty at the same time. So, here’s an easy to make recipe for which you won’t have to break a sweat!
INGREDIENTS: Take half a cup of milk, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, dark chocolate pieces (that you can get from a wholesale chocolate shop), a tiny pinch of salt, half a tbsp of vanilla extract, bananas, and peanut butter are completely optional.
PROCEDURE: Blend all of the ingredients together, pour them into an ice tray or any other mold you like and FREEZE! SO SIMPLE RIGHT?

PROCEDURE: Combine the walnuts, dates, vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder/chunks of chocolate of your choice and the sweetener of your choice into a food processor. Transfer the dough into a zip lock bag and then mold them into a ball. Freeze the circle for a few minutes, then lay them on parchment paper, now get creative! Make whatever shape you like and fill them with cocoa butter. Voila you have homemade Oreo cookies!
3. DO IT YOURSELF WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE:
Hot chocolate is such a versatile beverage, it goes with almost any snack and sipping on some hot chocolate really makes for a soul enriching experience. But have you ever added some white chocolate to the mix?
INGREDIENTS: Chunks of your favorite white chocolate, 2 tbsps cocoa powder, a tiny pinch of salt, some vanilla extract, sugar to taste.
PROCEDURE: Combine cocoa powder, small pieces of white chocolate, salt, 2 tbsp of vanilla extract and about 2 tbsp of milk in a pan sauce, slowly add the rest of the milk as you stir. Once the milk comes to a boil, turn off the stove and pour into a large mug. Top it up with chunks of white chocolate you can also use chocolate truffles if you want to go slightly overboard.
