No, he did not donate to Trump. He donated to a fundraiser Trump was hosting. None of that money goes to Trump, and all of it goes towards different veteran organisations.

Screw the way this headline tries to spin things. She did not “accidentally” make the joke. She made the joke on purpose, then realized she fucked up and made fun of a cancer patient. She carelessly made the joke because “hey bald head plus CPAC has to equal Nazi amirite? :D” The apology and donation is nice but she deserves all the flak she’s getting and then some.
