Haven’t updated in quite a bit not that anyone even reads these but it’s been officially a year since I ran out of cardiac medications for my pots or atleast that’s what my lovely cardiologist (or ex-cardiologist) said to me.

Went to the er a week ago stayed for 6 hours, my doctors seemed so confused on how my body downed two bags of fluids and my heart still didn’t level and still hasn’t- aren’t I just the luckiest patient ever?. :)

Then I finally called up the specialist in the area I got a referral to and wouldn’t you know my luck, he’s booked till June incase you don’t wanna do the math that’s five months. Five more months of absolute hell. Honestly I might go back to the er tomorrow, my heart rate go up 50 when I even adjust my seating I went up the 5 steps yesterday and had to lay on my bathroom floor and passed out twice. I’m just so tired of doctors who don’t even listen. I tried to ask for any type of testing from my primary for this splitting migraines I get that also brings intense face flushing and he didn’t even listen just rushed me out the door. Doctors suck, just because you get payed the big bucks doesn’t mean you get to play god.

Noticing that all my muscle are tense again to the point we're it hurts to breath and my hips and joints keep popping when I walk. I usually use just a heating pad but was wondering if anyone who has a tens unit recommends it more ive been thinking about getting one but don't wanna waste my money.

I'm on midodrine 3 times a day and on weekends I sometimes miss taking it the first time in the day like I am rn and bro I just wanna sleep but am having the worst tachycardia of my life taken a salt tablet and it didn't do shit help omg
