I haven't posted here in a hot minute. But I drew Loona for fun earlier this week out of boredom. It was honestly hard since I don't draw in this style usually. Hope you enjoy anyway!

Sorry for the inactivity here. I’ve been preoccupied with real life business that’s currently draining my soul. Plus, I am working on an entirely new animated short that should come out during spring, early summer at the latest. Here’s some pieces I made over the past year, albeit it’s not all of them.
I also cobbled together a Mastodon now; https://mastodon.social/@andrew15
My Instagram will still be my most used site for posting my art, but I want to branch out more, since Instagram’s image sizing can be a pain sometimes.

Experimenting with textures for backgrounds with this one. I also threw it in photoshop for some color corrections. Really proud with how this one turned out. It has a nice cool summer dusk vibe to it.
First little art piece I did on Adobe Animate!
Sorry for my inactivity here. I've been busy with college. I think I'm gonna update my Tumblr relatively soon to keep up with my digital portfolio
Recent Art
I've been a bit neglectful of my Tumblr here recently. Here's some recent pieces I made recently.
Tried using a different flat outline-less style on the left. I made it so it looked more like a chalkboard design. Also redesigned this character to match up with my newer skills.
Based off the night ride I had north of Galesburg, Illinois, on I-74.
New background I designed out of my obsession for dead mall series.
Context to this piece is that this is a photograph of the mall first opening in the mid 1970's. As time went on, the mall passed its heydays and declined in shoppers, until it ultimately became abandoned.

A doodle I did based off Mugman. It is a toaster that runs on love. Why? I don’t know... I had a long rough day today, especially at work.
YellowHead’s 3 core traits that make his personality. Inspired by that scene in Hermit Ren in Ren and Stimpy.
Based off of a dream I had. Made this listening to the new NIN Ghost Albums, and RadioHead’s album, Kid A.
I made this as a thank you to my friends who are mostly LGBT for keeping me motivated to try to do more artwork.
These are some of my characters who are LGBT, some based off of real life friends who I’ve known for awhile.
This picture is based off of a song lyric in “A Most Peculiar Man” by Simon and Garfunkel.
I have been feeling very hopeless, and beaten up by the world and society. I actively get suicidal thoughts, and sometimes I contemplate on the choice. I made this art piece to hopefully communicate that in a more easy to digest manner. Most of these thoughts started around February of this year, during the pandemic.
I made this as a little vent.
Basically, the context behind this image is that the car is relatively old, used up, but still works. It’s fuel runs on motivation and inspiration. However, sources are scarce, and there aren’t many service stations out there in these parts. Leaving the vehicle to just sit there, until something, or someone arrives to give it a helping push.
It was also an experimentation of texture usage, since I want to practice using more of that to make my drawings have some extra depth, and color usage. I used Red and Greens mostly, as a complimentary color usage to convey uneasiness. Vincent Van Gogh experimented with this in Night Cafe, where the red’s and greens gave off a sense of tense feelings.

Big thanks for doing this for me!
