Love, itās only a four letter word , but it depicts thousands of meanings to different people no matter what age, gender or status in life. We all felt to love and to be loved and it is indeed the craziest feeling a person could feel. Love can be defined in many forms. It could be tangible or intangible , tangible like your cup of coffee in the morning or the rose that your boyfriend gave you last Valentineās Day or maybe a photo of your favorite boy band. But, in a much deeper meaning of love, it isnāt always pretty. It can be the other way around, ugly. Love isnāt always those butterflies in your stomach because thereāll come a time that those butterflies will get tired of spreading their wings to fly. The songs you were hearing to was to loud that you donāt want to listen to a single lyrics of it ever again. The rose might not be a sign of love anymore because of the thorns that pierced you that caused you to bleed. Love can bring chaos.It is the cause of a virus that is rapidly spreading across the world known as hate, but we can always protect ourselves from that virus , because there is love. Love means accepting the ugliest sides. We can always wait for the coffee to cool , we can avoid touching the thorns, we can always turn the volume down. Amidst the chaos, one should realize that the only antidote for this goddamn war is love. Itās the only thing that will heal us to make us feel alive again. Yes, love might be ugly, but itās the only thing that makes it prettier.
