sometimes your distress does indicate you should stop and respect your limitations. at other times it's more of a baby aquatic mammal being introduced to water for the first time thing. Too bad the difference is so hard to tell.
Maybe one day we can stop moralizing the concept of privilege & everyone will get normaler about being told they have relative privilege over other people. Like literally everyone everywhere in some way. It's fine. Being aware of it can't hurt you

why can I not have any caffeine 7+hrs before I try to sleep at night, but can comfortably slam an energy drink during the daytime and then sleep for the next six hours. make it make sense, body!!!!
