Here is a big fuck you to all the people trying to body police. I love my body and I am comfortable in my skin. No one lives my life but me, just like no one lives your life but you. Don’t try to tell me I’m unhealthy or make assumptions about my life because you know absolutely nothing. I am healthy, I work out, and yes *gasp* I’M FAT! But guess what? I’m OK with that. I spent years being told that I should “cover up” or “wear a sweater” because it hides my fat. FUCK THAT. No one should be body policed by anyone. No matter your size, if you feel beautiful in something, wear it and rock the shit out of it! I’m beautiful and no amount of anyone’s fat shaming can take away how I feel about my self.
