i really wish i could talk to my friend who has did about the fact that i totally fucking split an alter in high school and fused with her two years later. she never had a name, but she was an angel who fell to earth from a shooting star and landed in a cave, so i call her the cave angel. she really liked cottagecore, the ocean, and the oh hellos and her fursona was a white rabbit with a shawl and barn owl wings. she was all the parts of myself that could still feel pure, unabashed curiosity and joy and love for the world after quarantine and getting sexually assaulted by my partner. i miss her and wish i'd understood her better at the time.
