Humans with the spirit of inspiring through sharing their amazing stories.
I feel it slip down my throat, floating to the pit of my stomach and resting there. It gives a stir before it begins to tremble. The trembling becomes more violent causing it to elevate off the cushion of my stomach. Something is desperately trying to free itself. Then it does. Tiny imprisoned particles burst through the small opening of its’ white coat, quickly ripping it apart before escaping and tossing the coat behind. The coat floats like stubborn leaves carried by the wind to once again find the bottom of my stomach.
I imagine my body’s new companions of foreign particles slipping through the walls of my stomach, rushing through my blood steam, trying to find hungry neurons, excited to get there. My neurons wait. They know something big is about to happen. My eyes had seen and my body had tensed enough to give them the signal. Now they lay in wait, ready, somewhat afraid and somewhat prepared. Then they get it. A moment of clarity hits, fear lingers just below the surface and before we know it, Cellucor has invaded and taken over.
It made my body move even if it doesn’t want to, even while it wants to puke out contents that are no longer there, contents that has taken over. It won’t slow down. It has to move. It’s all that will happen over the course of another five hours or so. The crash will happen then but Cellucor will not worry for it knows that no matter how hard my body tries, it’s now a need. The desire the loose weight is bigger than the entity. The desire to win the battle against fat is bigger.
HD Cellucor and Vacation
Day More than 2
It’s been about two weeks since I first posted. I knew that keeping up this blog would have been the bigger task. However, I have had some issues with keeping up with my daily dose of Cellucor HD. It’s been a little of being on vacation and a little of the nauseous feeling I get when I don’t work out after taking Cellucor.
I was in Georgia for a mini vacation. I checked into Planet Fitness (the first time I’ve ever thought of going to a gym while on vacation….whoooo-hoooo). The first day was great, another whoo-hoo time-out.
I took my first cellucor capsules, bounced into my car, enjoyed the scenery on my way to the gym, signed up and got over the colour of purple everything screaming in my face and worked out hard. I was good – for that day. Then vacation happened and I didn’t go back to the gym. I did think of it everydayI, but I never made it back.
On the second day, since I wasn’t going to the gym, I decided to take two capsules as prescribed. I sweated A LOT, but that I could have handled. It was the nauseous feeling and the feeling of being painfully starved that got to me. So I decided that maybe dialing back on the dose would help, which is what I did the following day. It didn’t. I decided that the best thing to do was to wait until I got back to New York.
I checked in on my weight when I returned and found a horrible 164 staring. Thankfully, after two days of two 45 minutes awesome spinning classes and Cellucor, my weight was back to 158.8. Water weight most likely.
Let’s see what happens over the next few days.
I have to say that I don’t think that I am giving Cellucor and honest try since I am not yet consistent. So far I have found that one capsule is all I need in a day. I drink lots of water when I’m on it. That’s a huge plus for me since I hardly ever remember to drink water otherwise. I sweat a lot but it’s not disgusting and I have enough energy and mental clarity for most of the day. By 5pm or so I am exhausted, which again works for me. I know that I can take the second capsule, as prescribed, but sleep is so much more important and I sure won’t get that if I pop that second energy goodness.Â
Lunch doesn't look half as good as it tastes.
Stopping the Yo-Yo Dieting
I was at the perfect fitness level and weight twelve years ago. Then life happened and I gained twenty-five pounds. Eventually, with severe stress, I lost most of it but never got back to that 118 pounds of muscles (a dream I should probably kill cause it sure ain’t dying on it’s own). About eighteen months ago, I came very close to it. Not to 118 pounds but to that fitness level I often long for.
Then, yep…life happened and with it came three cups of coffee per day (with cream and sugar cause coffee ain’t happening any other way) and a snack of about ten Oreos daily. Now I’m up to 158 pounds of some muscles and way more fat than I would like.
Some would say that I’m perfect the way I am and if I weren’t me I would believe that too. But I’m me and I know, like most of you, there is always more we want, especially when it comes to fitting into some skinny jeans and running up the stairs comfortably in them.
So I’m getting off the yo-yo dieting, getting off the couch, and getting back to eating and attempting to love every bit of it.
The trickiest bit of this, I believe, would be to keep this blog going.

 Day 1. (yesterday)
Started on HD Cellucor (It scares me to use anything made in a lab to lose weight but I’m telling myself that I only need a little kick start).
This one little pill, (okay not so little) pushed me out of the couch and into my pantry to clean, which desperately needed some attention - oh the crap we keep in that thing. After two hours, I had enough energy to prepare lunch for my four children (uh-huh), and I made it to the gym. Â
I feel alert, enough to write this and still ready to go again.
I’m so pumped. Usually I am without energy after this workout. Today, my second day of being on Super HD Cellucor weight loss, I am not as jittery as yesterday but still have unbelievable energy. Of course, check with your physician before starting any dietary supplement or HD. This works for me.
Right on.
The meal you just have to enjoy cause you busted your ass off at the gym.
First black coffee. 6 months of no sugar.
The day you decide on quitting sugar for six months.

The Kitchen
There is a single window that look over the chicken coop, the fruit trees in the backyard and something that looks like a window but it’s more just an opening that gives a large peek into our well coordinated living room. Mommy bends over the kitchen sink, her skirt gently swaying as she scrubs the dishes - oh no- there is a second window after all. It’s in front of mommy. It’s ledge (the windows) has a small soap dish with a hard yellow soap that burns if mommy uses it to wash me. There is also a small Palmolive bottle next to the soap dish. I think it’s what gives off the minty lime scent. Time stops for a second. Mommy pauses to wipe the suds off of her hands and then she turns to the stove. Carefully she picks up the spoon laying in wait and does a quick stir, pushing the aroma of spices and pineapple throughout the kitchen, continuing a Sunday ritual.
