This post is for you. To thank each one of you.

This week has been CRAZY. It has been better than we could ever imagine. We felt so many emotions. We laughed, we cried, we smiled, and we felt the tension and the electricity, thanks to you guys. And we were glad you were here with us to feel it too, crazy together, right?

This week has been so important to us. We received so much love and we appreciated every part of it. All of your posts, all the interactions, the Watch Parties, EVERYTHING! We love this fandom and we're grateful to be a part of it and to see so many talented and cool people working together.

Seeing everyone united and helping each other was so great. We were so thrilled about this week, but also nervous, so it's comforting to read everyone's words and know that people have enjoyed it.

So THANK YOU for being here with us. THANK YOU for sharing your ideas, your talents and THANK YOU for taking a time to participate.

And, of course, the week is over, but we're not done yet! We're gonna still interact with you from here and see all of your posts and ideas, because we're accepting submissions until APRIL 26TH. So if you still want to post or talk about something, feel free to do it!!

Also, we're gonna still create a MASTER POST with some links to help everyone access the Byler Week content in an easier way.

I don’t know if im gonna be able to finish part two pf my soulmate au for byler week bc its not looking Too Good rn…

so for byler week day 7 - soulmates i am once again promoting my soulmate au i wrote back in January bc its probably my favorite thing i’ve ever written

Will had frowned. He doesn’t want a replacement soulmate. He’s never met anyone who’s with their soulmate, now that he thinks about it. But he’s read—his mom has read him stories of soulmates. When the words are spoken and the quotes are finished, the soulmarks glow, changing into you and your soulmate’s shared color, finally being visible to the rest of the world, and then you get this really cool feeling—the absolute best feeling in the world.

OR as will and mike grow up, they learn a lot about themselves, each other, love…and what it truly means to be soulmates

tysm for byler week !! ever since you released the prompts it rlly helped me kick away art block and to start working again on an art wip that had been sitting in my drafts for a long time (that happened to fit one of the themes: cleradin!!). the week was so fun, i'm rlly glad to be able to participate. thank u again for everything you guys do, we rlly appreciate it a lot!! 🥳💞

byler week day 6 - pre vol 2

keep my feelings on the side (now i’m scared of heights)

“What is that?” Will asks, pointing to the joint in Mike’s hand. It’s a dumb question because he knows exactly what it is and exactly what Mike plans on doing with it.

“Um…weed?” He answers, cheeks going pink as if he’s embarrassed. “I stole some from Jonathan and Argyle, I don’t know I kind of wanted to try it out, maybe.

“Why?” Will asks.

Mike blinks, “dude. My girlfriend and I got into a fight, we almost got shot up and buried a dead guy, and spent the last three days cramped up in a pizza van with your brother and his weird friend.”

OR while on a rest stop at a vegas motel, will and mike get high off of some purple palm tree delight.

my wishes came true (it would’ve been you)

Mike’s eyes widen, and he glances down back at his own messages, and suddenly everything makes so much fucking sense. God, it was so fucking obvious.

Will the Wise, his art looking so familiar, the fact that Will loves the show that Wise—Will, whoever was in a fandom for. The fact that from the start he felt so familiar and Will-like and—

Oh God.

Mike has been….Mike has been confessing his love for Will to Will this entire fucking time.

OR mike and will are best friends, but also unknowingly tumblr mutuals who talk to each other about their crushes…on each other…to each other. it goes exactly about how you would expect it to go.

Mike looks up at him then, eyes dark and slightly wide. “I, uh,” he coughs. “I’ll show you.”

Will watches as Mike shifts just slightly closer, angling his body towards Will.

“Do you trust me?” Mike asks, leaning his head into Will’s space even further.

Will doesn’t know what to make of the sudden spark of tension in the air, but he nods. Of course he trusts Mike. He trusts Mike with his life.

or: Mike and Will get high together on the edge of an empty motel pool.
