It is important to understand that far more than 1/3 of the population of America keeps and bears arms. That 1/3 mentioned is the legal owners… people who abided the law in obtaining and keeping those weapons. How many people in America, due to 'unconstitutional’ gun laws, illegally possess firearms? This means citizens or those that are here illegally and are therefore criminals by default. This part of … shall not be infringed presents a conundrum, yes? As soon as we pass a law barring criminals from legally owning guns, because they will use those guns to commit criminal shit, we open ourselves up to would-be tyrants stealing our elections and passing any and all laws that serve their ends
To legally own firearms is to keep and bear arms. The possession of firearms is to have illegally.
Yes, I considered the paragraph re: Indonesia and Taiwan: They do not know what they are missing out on, and too, if the government imposes stipulations and conditions, then the people of those countries are not actually free to exercise their right to keep and bear
