Art by Kajimart.
If the bikini armor trope has contributed anything of value to arts and culture, its the limitless potential for humour at the expense of the concept and clever, satirical examinations.
I particularly like how in this one, the armor underneath the illusion is extremely practical, and extremely extra.

Pregnancy runs in my family. Over half of my ancestors had it at some point.
The other big one is death. That runs in the family too. An overwhelming majority of my ancestors experienced death at some point in their lives.
Actually when I was younger, my mom gave me this book and it teaches young girls to love themselves before they worry about what guys think of them. It really helped 12 year old me. The end of the book says “guys like girls who like themselves.” The title is meant to catch the attention of self-loathing teenage girls because they’re the ones who need to read it the most. So you all literally just judged a book by its cover. Go stand in the corner and think about what you did.
LMAO
Ironic that someone just showed their own sexist assumptions.

For those who don't know: Ikumi Nakamura is the woman who was senior artist on Bayonetta, and designed the titular character along with Hideki Kamiya. Their greatest moment of bonding was over their insistence that Bayonetta keep her glasses on at all times. Nakamura cannot go to horny jail. She is the warden.
Happy pride month to her and her exclusively
she made a comic about the experience on twitter
happy pride

I like the way you think
Getting down on my knees and thanking the humans who invented dishwashers and washing machines.
InsNe that dishwashers are more efficient and easier than just washing them manually but they also use less water. It’s a win win situation
They ALSO sterilize dishes, due to operating at a far higher temperature than human hands could ever tolerate. It's a win every way.
Made this post about 15 minutes after the repair guy who fixed the pump on my dishwasher packed up his tools and left, as the dishwasher was whirring along doing my dishes from that morning.
He said the exact same thing, which I did not know before that, so spreading this knowledge.
its not funny but i do think about it a lot
This made me think about this panel from Calvin and Hobbes:
But unlike the adult in this strip, Calvin’s dad actually APOLOGIZED for yelling at him when he saw how guilty his kid was:
