Hey so you can't use uplifting marginalized creators to put down other marginalized creators btw.

I say this because I see SO much hate for Scott Smajor in general, but in particular a lot of the flight fandom is upset that the majorscythe plotline there got so big. WHICH IT'S VALID TO BE UPSET!! However, I'm seeing too much hate directed at Scott and not enough talking in the fandom about how people can work on this. Dont go after the creator for telling a story, he is simply having fun and it isn't his fault.

Also with this, I would like to point out how Avid and Watermunch's statements about uplifting female and marginalized creators turned into a 'let's all go after Scott' situation. With Avid he definitely used talks to direct hate towards and try to cancel Scott, with water it doesn't seem as direct but with the fact that they apparently were showing similar behavior to Avid and were so close to Avid in the flight, the comments about "everyone's favorite white boy" seem more sinister now.

There ARE internalized misogyny issues that need to be worked on but there is also A LOT of internalized homophobia towards Scott specifically, Id argue that Scott gets some of the most hate online. We should uplift marginalized creators but that includes ALL marginalized creators, Scott doesn't get excluded from that just because he's cis. He's still gay.

Also people need to stop being so mad about his flirting, thats who he is as a person and if you don't like it you can shut up and leave
