This fic is one of the first fic of MHA that i read after joining Ao3 couple of years ago. When i started finding podfics, i decided to try my own and ask for permission to the author.
(little did i knew, school got busy and i never got around to record, until now that is)
Snow Leopard! Shinsou x Ram! Deku (based on what one winter AU illustration) technically this could also work for TodoDeku since it's Shoto that officially has a snow leopard in the winter AU.
Felines headbutts their companions to show their affection. Goats & Rams also headbutts yo show affection, thou only sometimes as it's usually for dominance).
But speaking that this is Izuku, he don't do that. I like the scenario that he don't know his strenght and headbutt to stronk lol. Hitoshi eould grumble but gives a headbutt back (but like softer, like how a cat would).
She's an OC of mine for a MHA AU that i have, more of her stories will be posted as i'm on summer break right now.
Why i draw them as ponies? It's cause i'm better at drawing MLP stuff mostly, also the fact that i kinda don't want to draw humans for a hot while now. I'll draw her as human later on, but not now as i'm developing her story.

I bought embroidery needle cause mine broke while i was working and it arrived at my house but i couldn't find it?? Like- it was there on the garage in the proof pic but it wasn't there at all. None of my family members took it either.
Now because of this, my Dabi Coat modifications are fucking halted because i couldn't continue the shoulder stitching.
I bought a Dabi coat cosplay costume for a convention at a cheap(kinda?) price and i'm not satisfied with the detailing.
So here i am, deciding to modify it with my own skill and no reference other than the anime.
Will continue to update this as i progressed.
The mods will include:
Add 1 more slits, instead of just 2 - (✓)
Make the split the slits and make it higher - (✓)
Remove the eyelets - (✓)
Fix the 'silver' stitching on the shoulder (probably embroidery) - (WIP)
Stiffen the collar - (✓)
Stiffen the 3 thingy on the arm cuff - (WIP)
Dirty up the arm cuff so that it atleast look like used metal - (not yet)
I'm a tad bit scared of doing this, i only have a week to do this. But do you see the silver stitching of the shoulder?? I have to do this

17th May - 18th May
I split the coat tails. Since it was just an added detail, i have to split it up cause it was one whole fabric then stitch the seams. Also, i made it higher cause i felt like it's not high enough, addition to that, i also remove the eyelets and made new holes for the lace.
You can see where i cut the slits higher cause the original one has an extra stitching detail (and it's a thicker area too).
My palm actually bruised and my fingers was swollen the morning after the first day cause i had to use pliers to pull the needle through on the thicker area. Had to create makeshift padding for my hand and the pliers lol.

I added a stitching detail at the collar instead of stiffening it with a wire. I actually like the look of it when flattened like a suit but it's also stiff enough to be a high collar if you iron it right.
It's a pain to pull the needle through, had to use pliers for it.

I started to embroidered the shoulder stitching after removing the factory ones, usually i just single-thread it but this time i double-thread for the thickness.
This also needed pliers because of the thicker threads. This is a backstitch btw, just from the inner side.
My needle frikin broke and i ordered a new one with same-day shipping and it has arrived but it's missing even thou there's proof that it's been thrown inside the gate of my house. I had to order a new one, so for now this is halted.

Ok so my options for the arm cuff are two:
Just stiffen the 3 thingy with wires.
Make it from scratch using EVA foam
I gambled for it by ordering it on Monday and see if it arrives on time and if i had time to make it. And both are achievable, so here it is.
I used 5mm EVA foam for the base connector piece and 10mm EVA foam for the thicker 'metal' part.
Since this is thicker foam, i was able to use super glue without it breaking. Safer options would be cement glue and hot glue, which i don't have and scares to use respectively.
For a 'worn' look, i dented it with my large scissors, my nails, and my cutter.
It's not painted yet, but that's a job for tomorrow. It's passed midnight and i wanna sleep now.
And yes, there was a sacrifice for using superglue successfully, which is it got on my palm while i was holding something and the skin got stuck while my palm is on a cupping position, not great.
Just remembered that during the art workshop my friend and i joined, there's this dude that sat across from me and us three are chill laughing around making conversations, he even made a comment of how emo my phone case are.
So yea, my friend and i are talking casually, calling each other with informal names. For that day, the top uniform are all this green t-shirt that y'all can see in the background here. The pants for the boys are more or less the same for students and teachers.
My friend didn't notice (or probably thought that he's just a teachers pet) but i noticed that he and all of the teachers seems really friendly with each other, but i didn't mention it and just put that info at the back if my head.
Going back to school, we discovered that he's one of the music teachers. And my gosh the relief me and my friend felt when we got the info that said teacher is one of the chill one is abysmal. Cause like- we're legit talking casually, no respect whatsoever. My friend was legit calling him in slang, which is really informal.
For context, this is converted to English equivalent cause i'm not based in English speaking country, 'you' is formal and casual, now imagine 'dude' and 'bud' which usually used in casual settings but imagine that it's a slang. Which is why when we both found out, we were like- "oh shit". Thankfully the teacher is chill.
Almost a year ago, i did a paper about bystander effect for my language class. I told my teammate about the idea to be added to the list that we can choose.
While i was researching about the topic, i realized that Tomura's situation when he was still Tenko in the streets is a prime example of it in anime that i've watched (and i watched so little anime so take it with a grain of salt).
Like- people were literally bypassing him, an injured child in the street who's barefoot, scarred, and has blood on his hands. He's 6. And people aren't atleast a little bit concerned for him?? Like at the very least call the police or sumn if ur busy.
But ig that's the whole point isn't it? People are so used to the heroes that they truly believed that they'll instantly be there if someone's in trouble.
I think that his past is one of the most tragic ones cause it's so easily preventable, unlike the rest. Toga, Spinner, Dabi, and Twice's backstory was a long time coming as the rise of the quirkist beliefs and the want for a child with stronger quirks.
I guess you can say Tomura's backstory is also a long time coming with Nana giving up Kotaru in the orphanage, but Tenko still wants to be a hero. If anybody, anybody at all saved him that night, he could've become a hero.
Ik that it's obvious, i just wanna talk about it for a bit.
Yk i rewatched Tangled and Zootopia earlier today and realizes that the relationship of hyper/chill duo (to simplify what its called) works on ShinKami and a couple other MHA ships i couldn't remember at the top of my head (pls tell me more)
I watched Interstellar for the first time today (10th year anniversary) with my friend and proud to say that i managed to hold in the sniffles while my friend cannot
