The video treats you with plenty of good information on how impossible it is for people to lose significant amounts of weight, how difficult it is for people to restrict their intake, etc. Crash diets are terrible for your health, even slow, long term attempts at weight loss don't lose more than 10% of a person's original body weight. simply put,
