My Zutara of April.

May will probably be spirit themed. Originally I didn’t want to post because my art was just…not working out in my past drawings (my unposted wips). But I saw so much Zutara, so I wanted to join in.

So I want to do one Zutara piece per month and I noticed I didn’t post one for March so uhh… pretend this is for march. Idk if that is possible each month one Zutara but I will try. Anyway, I like how this one turned out. Kinda new for me to draw backgrounds and all but oh well.

In the heart of the eternal twilight, where the veil between worlds thins to a whisper, two souls meet upon the mirror-still waters of the Forgotten Lake.

Her hand rests lightly upon his chest, feeling the steady drum of his heart beneath silk and skin. His fingers brush her cheek with a reverence usually reserved for sacred relics. In that touch, centuries of searching dissolve. Every lifetime they have missed one another, every dream that has ended too soon, every star they have wished upon in separate skies—all converge here.

The vortex tightens, drawing the petals and light inward until the air hums with raw power. For one breathless instant, the two figures seem to merge with the glow itself, becoming part of the living poem written by the cosmos.

And in the silence between heartbeats, the lake whispers their names—names older than language, older than time—Zuko and Katara—binding them once more in a promise that no world, no veil, no eternity can ever break again.
