&& she does it again. ❤️ Left early for class today to stop at @martysmarketpgh to pick up some goodies to munch on throughout the day. My yummmyyy vanilla bean latte • Coffee Crunch Dark Chocolate bar 🙈 ( I eat about one square of this in one sitting ) • @harvestsnaps Snap Pea Crisps • &&& a juicy, deeeelish, organic pear 🍐 Spending as much time at Marty's as I have this past week I've learned so much about why it's important to feed & fuel your body with nutrient-rich foods & I have gained so much appreciation for the people that put in the time & passion to produce items like this. I can not wait to continue learning & to share that with all of you! ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love my #svelte organic chocolate protein shakes! On the days I don't have time for a solid breakfast I just grab on of these & head out. Yes, they have "organic rice syrup solids & organic dried came syrup" so it does have 6g of sugar in the 11oz protein shake but being the kind of person who doesn't consume a lot of other sugars through-out the day other than from the small amount of fruit I consume, this small amount isn't going to ruin me. I genuinely feel satisfied after I drink them PLUS they are #glutenfree #dairyfree not to mention the chocolate one calls me beautiful. 😸😸😸 Try them! I promise they don't disappoint. 👍
