Also, I have no current thoughts abt who these characters are or how/if they’re related to our original crew in any way shape or form. I am open to all theories! I just love that we’re getting more ninjago stories and the crew is still making stuff tbh :) /

KAI AND NYA PILOT SUITS?? EXSQUEEZE ME?? This screen-grab is from the 🎯 listing (obvi), but I checked on other listing sites and I haven’t seen this image anywhere else?? I’m just curious bc there has to be a reason/choice behind stating “Kai and Nya in pilot suits” right??
Where my mind goes >> Could these designs (for who we now call Jin and Mira) have been early prototype/concept designs for Kai and Nya? Like when writing the story, producing the show, designing their characters, producing these minifigures, etc, etc…COULD they have been designs pulled from ninjago archives from 15+ years ago when they were still developing the original show?? Cause that’s fun and makes me wish for a tour of the plausible ninjago archives hehe OR could these be just what they used as a cover name to hide the details of the set and the upcoming, Duskfall, short story (like names oftentimes used to protect the names of stories/characters in tv/movie productions) and 🎯 just didn’t get the right set of images to post??
EITHER WAY—I think they’re cool and I’m so PUMPED for Duskfall to come out!
