I think it’d be so awesome if he ACTUALLY had any interesting development relating to monstrosity you know but noooo he’s just the silly hotheaded jokester and all the content relating to monstrosity happens OUT OF THE SHOW AUGHHHHH AUGHHHH AUGHHHH

A (Lloyd) headcanon abt his varying talismans/charms/totems—

I headcanon that Lloyd collects as many charms/talisman he can to act as wards against evil and bad luck.

I like to think even the tassel on the end of his sword is one he made to help him focus his energy while using the weapon.

The various charms act as a reminder of his life’s mission as a ninja, a legendary hero, a chosen one, a conduit, but mostly…to himself.

He has a ton of them hanging in his room and he tries to keep as many on his person when possible, tucking them away in pockets, sleeves, utility belts, and backpacks alike.

Lloyd appreciates the extra physical reminder of luck, light, and positivity on his person to remind him of everything he strives to be :)

OG Ninja ranked based on how well they can cook

1. Zane (canon since day 1)

2. Kai (it comes as a shock to everyone (except Nya ofc) but like. The guy did raise himself and his sister, he definitely taught himself how to cook or learned from a book or smthin)

3. Cole (he’s better at baking but he can still cook, PLUS he canonically makes food for the Finders in DR!)

4. Jay (can’t cook to save his life (other than Mac n Cheese) but he does make EXCELLENT muffins and bread)

5. Nya (coffee, tea, and rice. I’ve been convinced)

6. Lloyd (the others see him as too baby to even let him into the kitchen pre-DR and it drives CRAZY. He can warm up some bagel bites tho? Also, he canonically burnt tea, soooo…)

You know how it's often considered normal, or even good, for young boys to tease/ bully young girls as a sign of romantic attraction?

I think Nya probably had at least one incident like this in elementary school, and the teachers were obviously no help (just ignore it, that's good it means he likes you, it's not that big of a deal, etc.) So Nya reluctantly went to her brother and explained the situation to him.

Now Kai's first reaction was to have Nya point out the instigator on the playground so he could teach the brat a lesson. Kai's going to stand for this! If his little sister is uncomfortable, he's getting involved!

But Kai held himself back and instead told Nya (who could absolutely hold her own in their sibling wrestling matches), "Next time he bothers you, beat him up."

And so she did.

Anyway that's probably how they both got kicked out of school.

With Lloyd being the Master of Life... it really shows how crazy it would be if he had or ever DOES go to the other side. Imagine the Master of LIFE being absolutely evil and DESPISING life. The things he could do to ruin and destroy it...
