Holden Torana GTR XU1-Bathurst, 1973. One of 150 special Bathurst edition LJ-series Torana XU1 models is coming up for auction in the UK. It is thought to be the only one in the UK and possibly in the Northern Hemisphere. The car has not been driven since 1985 and is need of restoration. It is finished in factory "Strike Me Pink". The last example sold at auction (in Australia), as a fully restored vehicle also finished in original Pink (bottom 2 pics), topped £160,000. I'll post an auction listing as soon as its published, the Torana will be offered at Silverstone Auctions Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show in March
