yk tuna is a great source of protein, we all know this, but i'm always annoyed when people like. make "tuna salad" with just mayo because they feel like theres nothing else low enough cal to make it good.
well i also add mustard, relish, worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic powder, all basically 0 cal, and its amazing and beautiful and if you can tolerate canned tuna ya gotta try it.
ok so ignore my shit camera quality but this was like. absolutely fantastic. tuna salad w egg white on a bed of leaf lettuce. might end up being my lunch or dinner like every day lol
wow yesterday went so good until i spiraled in the evening and ate 1.5 sandwiches and like 3 cups of pasta. at least i've stayed pretty satiated today so far so i'm drinking some coffee then eating a high protein snack, then more coffee.
so i've decided since my stomach is a hellscape i'm going to spend the week trying to just. eat rlly good food for me and try to get my body in check. also hoping to do stuff to fix my metabolism a bit because man is it fukt
well i took a really good bc while trying to recreate a pose for a dramatic ass redraw. the refs themself made me feel like ass but i got a good bc so thats all that matters

also. officially on 40mg of adderall, in which i'm taking 30 in the morning and my 10 in the afternoon. so. god this better help my dumbass binging (and excessive abuse lmao)
well i figured out if i keep my room uncomfortably hot i dont have the desire to binge because like hell i'm eating anything warm in this oven.
ugh if i cant help but eat a lot rn at least i'm sticking with lower cal, higher protein stuff. its just. so much food regardless and i feel gross.
