Hey y'all. Idk how many of you are here from my fanfic "Borrowed Time", but if you are I have a tiny PSA under the cut.

So I took it down (just privated only to myself, not deleted or orphaned) off of Ao3 for some personal reasons.

One is that I just don't have the energy to work on it as much as I would like to. Another is that I just don't like the writing that I've done with it tbh. I think that I can do better, and I want to! My plan atm is to completely rewrite (again- kind of?) what I have so far and make it sound... more professional? Just better in general, lol. I'm proud of what I've done, don't get me wrong. I just don't like my writing style at the moment. But rest assured, it *is* still plotted out and I *do* still have every intention of finishing it. (I've had this story in my head since at LEAST 2020, it needs to get OUT). Not a lot (if any) plot points are going to change, just some grammar and phrasing and things like that.

I also want to try and get on a more regular update schedule, which means a WHOLE lot of writing in front of me, and a whole lot of beta reading from @stargirl1331 whenever they get some time. (Don't worry C, I'm nowhere NEAR the point of throwing chapters at you at the moment, lol).

All this to say I still have pdf's of what is currently up, so if you're here and didn't download it before I took it down (with no warning, sorry y'all) and you would like a copy, feel free to send me a DM and I'll send it over! But at the moment I don't have a timetable for when it's going back up. Tbh, it's very likely going to be next year. 😅😅😬

On the amtrak train chapter right before they get to the arch, and I can't help but think about what could have been...

Thinking about a 20-22 episode season where we actually got to BREATHE and had filler episodes. According to Percy, they spent two days on the train, getting off at Denver since that's where the reward money ran out. Flashing back and forth from the demigods at camp bickering about the impending war, to the mortals reacting to the strange weather events, to Gabe cackling over that Barbara Walters interview and throwing the flowers in Percy’s room to rot, to Percy and Annabeth stuffing Grover’s fake shoes back on his hooves. Idk. I think it could have had potential but :/

"This ad is auto-playing audio" is literally on the drop down menu for reporting an ad. Tumblr isn't trying to implement this! Don't protest this "new policy", cause it's not one.

They are not supposed to automatically redirect you without you clicking them, they are not supposed to cause a pop-up, they are not supposed to freeze your screen.

This is all bugs or malicious advertising which is also against tumblers ad policy. You should report all ads which do this.
