I don't understand why you chose the symbols you wrote

(I know the feeling of loneliness and inching back bit by bit, feeling like a child, until you realize you were better off with no friends if this is how they treat you.)

(The wondering of 'How you can let a boy into your heart when the man you trusted so closely left you behind?')

And-

(How can you even dare to dream of a better future when this one is so horrible and cold?)

There's happiness around every corner, I don't even have to know why, to believe it. 

Every corner there is a person like you who understands me, even if it's different.

I know you understand me

Or maybe not.

But I can hope.

idk how to do comics but this was rattling around in my head for a while + ralsei and susie are my favorite characters in anything ever

I once tried to explain depression to someone as like if one day you gradually started to lose both your sense of taste and your ability to feel full. And you don’t know why, but now everything you eat tastes like mashed potatoes and nothing you eat is satisfying. You keep eating because you must eat to live, but the effort that it takes to prepare food is taxing and there is no pay off. You just know it will taste like mashed potatoes. You just know you will still be hungry. So you stop bothering with seasonings. Then you stop bothering to use ingredients you used to like. Then you start to wonder what the point of eating is because there is no payoff. You still feel hungry and you’re sick of the taste and you don’t know if you will ever enjoy food again and you don’t know why this is happening.

If someone comes up to you in this scenario and says, “Well have you tried spicing your food? Using different ingredients? Eating foods you used to love?” It isn’t necessarily helpful because the reason you stopped doing all that in the first place is that everything…tasted…like mashed…potatoes.

Can I say something crazy with no proof or evidence?

The knight is Kris and Noelle fusion (maybe soul/kris/Noelle? Or some sort of amalgamate) sometime after the events of weird route ch 5. While I like the dess is TK theory, this seems more interesting to me, and also would be another way to "punish" the player while keeping the ending the same (aka TK causes the Roaring, the team defeats the knight)

Here's some correlation (not evidence!) to support this:

TK has deer horns, so does noelle

This explains why TK poses are similar/copies of Kris's, they are their poses!!!

Might be why Kris is helping the knight, this is their future self and Noelles. Maybe they help because this is their future, or because they want to help undo this fusion, maybe something else.

Explains why some of TKs attacks are swords, when their weapon is a bat (that does kinda look like a sword???)

When TK is first seen, they adopt a... Hanging pose(?) where you can see one "eye" (which I'm not sure if they have one??) which is the same side as Kris's when you see them show their eyes (I think, I'm not gonna check)

Also in this pose they drip something from their mouth(???) is this lake water? Amalgamate melting droplets???

Also...TK can change shapes!!! Like an amalgamate!! In UT, amalgamate has at least two monsters if not more. Might be different in DR...maybe

Also Kris has pauldrons...TK has pauldrons.

When TK is seen making a fountain (no spoilers, but if yk yk), they seem to take sadistic glee in doing so....maybe it's a stretch but it reminded me of Noelles attitude during her dialogue by the lake in ch 5.

Noelle if she did become part of TK, did indeed fly out of town because TK can fly!!

Any Dessish behaviors (if they can be called that, because we haven't actually seen dess in a cut scene yet (I think)) can also be attributed to Kris and Noelle trying to put on an intimidating act and copying Dess/Carol. Because if you were gonna copy someone to be intimating, it would not be toriel, asgore or rudy.

Some of TKs attacks are red! Determination maybe???

Also TKs after images remind me of UT asriels afterimages in pasifist route, and while battle mechanics aren't quite the same between games, to me Asriels afterimages made me think he had too much power because of the human monster fusion??? Maybe this is the same for TK, and can at least point to TK being a human monster fusion?
