I don't want to be at home or with my family. There are only arguments with them. CAN THEY PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP.
I just stay in my room and drink my tea, then I don't have to eat with them and I can continue fasting.

So I’ve been losing and gaining the same two pounds for the week which is ok since atleast I’m not intensely gaining. My boyfriend and I went a well known hiking trail that’s 7 miles of just hills. We went with his brother who I met for the first time and his three friends also who I met for the first time. Two of those friends are getting married in the next five months and I am invited as my boyfriends plus one. However, as we are the two most fit people when it comes to hiking trails, we reach down 30 minutes before they did. He told me that his ex was going to be there at the wedding and he’s really happy that I’m coming so he doesn’t have to deal with her.
Now I have to lose a lot more weight than I originally planned because I am not going to that wedding looking the way I’m looking right now. At least I have motivation now.
I’ve been fasting for 40-45ish hours twice in the same week and I just want to know what’s better. After 45 hours today I had a medium meal early in the the day and I haven’t had anything else. What will be more effective in the long run? Low calories everyday with fasts in between or long fasts with an almost normal meal sprinkled in every few days?
my parents are like you eat too much you eat too little you eat too much you eat too little why aren't you eating do you have some kind of problem you need to work out you need to lose weight you're eating too little how did you eat so much at dinner you shouldn't eat in public youre not eating enough one of these days you'll have a. real. problem.
