Its amazing having my other half crank out her masters journey in Entertainment Business. I always wanted to go and get the foundations of it down. Having her at my side is amazing because now I can focus on the things that matter as well as get through some new aspects that business school at Full Sail can present.

The both of us are a dynamic duo and this is one of the things that I have been praying for that I can truly say has come to past!

Seems like I may have inadvertently taken the false path on mastery looking for an escape to fill the gap of what really transpired this whole time emotionally and mentally. Robert Greene’s Mastery clearly points out the way in which someone can fall into this path of searching for your life’s purpose. I know mine is definitely in music production yet, I adamantly chased PR as a safe haven to escape the real issues that caused me to even partially begin this journey in the first right.

I believe the real strength is in the ability I had to persevere so long, even up into completion without faltering or giving in. What others would have perceived in some instances as failure or a loss I still take as a lesson. Life gives you twist and turns but how you deal with the variables is what makes you a champion.

One of the key jewels that I received these past weeks was a revisit of Mastery and fully reimagining the way the structure of my learning layout had developed as well as focused on redirecting my life’s work and calling. The overall experience as well as key professionals along the way also added to the foundations in my journey also make the journey that much more appealing.

Looking at the perspectives of so many other professionals on Mastery and being able to reflect on the thoughts of allowed me to examine the other linter pretentious that I may not have gotten if I had just only read Mastery and just went with the knowledge as such.

I’ve also had the opportunity to rework and audit my timeline monthly goals so that I can in fact get more in touch and really recount what I had planned for my initial PR journey.

I've recently had to update my Personal Learning Network with my true path on Mastery. A lot of new content is slated for the journey especially with my refocus on music production. Reading through Robert Greene's Mastery book again...or I me's listening to the audio version is right what the doctor ordered! In effect my accounts on Feedly, LinkedIn and newly formed Papaly have been audited and added to the refocus. Again to reiterate the purpose of the PLN and its purpose which allows me to collect and organize online content related to my area of mastery and with PR and Music Production I have a light overhaul coming.

Just when you think it’s done...you realize you still have challenges to complete. I had to get my Mack book repaired and all. Through this journey you never truly stop learning. I've since graduation have read 3 books already so learning never really is over especially with living into your purpose and it becomes living out life to become the best version you can be.

This month in Writing for Interactive Media I was literally tracking all the events around me to get the best coverage and discern which live event to cover. I managed to get my main project kicked off with Rachel Parish and her team here in Atlanta with the Little 5 Arts Alive and a host of other talented artist and musicians. We covered so much production in one day, I was able to track out a lot of the musicians in the make music day event. I managed to keep everything under control with the flow of work and the timing of my articles.

The great thing that I like about Full Sail and it’s institution is that when you want to refresh and use some of the creative content based ideas in a project you can literally jump right into applying the projects toward your body of work. I also want speak on the way the program is structured, I like the premise of graduated learning. The only thing that I see could be changed in the program is running those of us that are creatively inclined back though the program with a course such as interactive media based writing so that we leave with the energy and intent to continually find live events perpetually.

I’ll be honest I was burned out on the thesis with the writing but my hands on with classes and creating media such as this month were epic. Like my stride in the walking gif above points to. I will keep my stride on because I am back up and running Macbook and all finally to cross the finish line proudly! This closes the college years chapters for now but I will return especially if Full Sail decides to bring a Phd program into the mix that I like! 😎🙌🏾  SonicBoomin out!✌🏾😎

At the end of the day it’s about getting positive results and staying focused on the objectives that will get you closer to your goals in this life. Don’t let anyone stop you! Finally with the road to graduation complete and some of the dust settled, I can finally focus on the pressing things that have been giving me some issue along the way. One of the key things that I have grown to realize overtime is that everything exclusively happens for a reason. I have been tested mentally physically and spiritually working to get to this goal. This has been a foundational achievement that I’ve been waiting to accomplish for a very long time. What I also realize is that with a lot of effort and patience you can overcome most adversities that rise up in any given part in life.

This mastery journey has given me the tools to set out on life long learning adventure as well as present itself as a standing testament to the willpower that I had to harness in-order to achieve this firm foundation. Time after time I’ve pulled off impossible odds and made great momentum with my efforts. To the most high I am grateful for every day given to live out my dreams and be an example to those that may have given up on the path not hopeful in the midst of doubt and defeat.

I’ve learned that there is really no such thing as failing but instead just learning what doesn’t work until you actually do develop solutions to achieve your goals. This graduation marks a humbling experience to me because when I first started I had no idea of the challenges. I only seen the end and focused on that exclusively. Along the way I met other awe inspiring people that seen the greatness in me and further motivated me when I even doubted myself at times.

I can be honest and admit you will face doubt but it’s at those times when you resist the urge to give in or up and you decide to persevere because these are the times that determine how bad you really want to reach success. My main message to leave here is to keep going when adverse situations push you back. Eventually you will win! I am living proof

One thing about getting challenged in your lane of skill is that you realize that your strength comes from the times that you get knocked down and still manage to find willpower to get back up. Social media metrics really worked my staying power especially with regard to refocusing the SMART goals and system of logical application around it. That's the prime thing I want to be able to express leaving this training evolution. (SMART) goal is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. When you're looking for direct results these type of goals can even be used and applied into everyday life. 

Equally powerful is being able to show a company direct results and how services rendered compliment and expand the momentum of the brand as a whole. I think the only thing that I was not fond of were the ROI projections without true analytics being in place before the event promotion or campaign. Social media is the reigning contender of gaining brand awareness and if you understand how to masterfully apply skill, and focus to increase awareness you are bound to launch awesome campaigns every time.

This portion of the program seems to be the most dynamic especially since there is a lot of newer technologies used to track goals and the KPI’s revolving them. I think the biggest advantage is being able to use technology and other tools such as google analytics to be able to know exactly how a social media campaign is progressing. Something that could be added to Facebook’s metrics are more trackable details that help the data miner gain insight without having to leave the insights panel and this could be a gamechanger for any presentation related to quick access of KPI’s.

I finally have arrived at one of my long term foundational goals and overcame a lot of obstacles in this process of getting here. This journey has been a challenge in every form of the sense. The time commitments, emotional rollercoasters, long nights, and sacrifices in order to achieve something that will undoubtedly lead to higher understanding and build the foundations to the life that I have envisioned this whole time is here.

This final project has really opened my eyes to the inner capabilities and redefined my innate skills much like the music production program did at Full Sail. I was able to marry the skillsets from my original idea with Stellar Echelon to make the strength and intention behind my brand even more effective. This is only the beginning to what I have to add to my imprint on the world in this lifetime.

One of the key things that I was constantly reminded of was that great pain and stress develop you into a stronger version of what you’re supposed to be. Without these same challenges, resistance strength and willpower cannot be obtained. I took a look back at the content I had when I first decided to return for my masters compared to now and there is has been amazing growth in such a short time.

Throughout all this I needed to be flexible, tenacious, and maintain patience being in what sometimes seemed like complete chaos all while holding on to the main vision I had from the start. The personal obstacles alone I could write a book about. I really appreciate the journey and I understand why it is important for these struggles, without them everything else around it would have fallen already.

I realize the true journey is just beginning in this life I am going to be the best version of myself that I can be and impact billions on a global scale. I welcome the challenges and celebrate success! Cheers to the new adventures!

To think about it….30 days remaining with completion and a job well done. It’s still unreal…all the effort and diligence culminating to a walk across the stage again. Just like the first time I was blown away and it didn’t get real to me until I was walking into the ceremony. I face this same awe yet again.

This has been a long and arduous journey. The experience has taken me through every emotion out there humanly possible in this existence. I’ve made friends and lost some. I’ve learned so much about myself and the process of the human element and the way humans interact with content in the media.

The key thing that I consider is the target audience and strategic ways of approaching media. On another note I realize that attention is the new currency. Those of us that can understand how to direct it and build captivating stories are the gatekeepers of social media. I know I can rest well knowing that I brought my best effort to the table once again.

The only thing I wish I could have done is worked on Stellar Echelon’s PR campaign this whole time but I am saving that for a better day with greater experience and freedom to express these creative angles with a refined sense of knowledge gained at Full Sail. To anyone reading this and wondering what I did to get to greatness I want you to know that I never gave up! That’s the key to success and the journey won’t be easy but the rewards are definitely worth it.

I am so grateful that I had this experience. It’s life changing to say the least. Praise to the most high!🙌🏾☝🏾️🙏🏾

This month in Online Media Room I had no expectations. I generally just dove in and felt it out and in some cases it was a challenge as usual but the thing I can see now are the actual personas an individual site can have and how it relates to the visitor. The media room is an important component with any brand. In general I interpret it as a showcase of the individual companies media and public interaction overtime.

It’s where media outlets can come to gather the core components to develop a story on the company. Overall I appreciate the course downtempo for a moment because last month was really taxing on my creativity and stress levels. I have jumped this hurdle and now awesome flow follows.

Another thing I can project applying these skills toward would be the redevelopment of Stellar Echelon to reflect these mastery concepts into the brand. Overall I have enjoyed the journey…the ups, the downs, all toward greater understanding and greater levels of existence and living. You learn to love every moment of it especially when you see results with your effort in your industry. I know I am going to be great, this is just a milestone along that path!

This month was a redux on the way I approached flow with a lot of changes. I definitely have a new set of views on the approach with Stellar Echelon. Some of the challenges are all in the mind while others are completely new and dynamic. Part of it is creatively over thinking a few points of interest.

In regards to this months training, I’d have to say building / rehashing the crisis communications plan for Karletta & Styles By Kay Kay was comprehensive and revisiting it’s development was well worth the time invested. I added more substance with the intent of establishing a well rounded call log that encompassed a greater range of emergency support as well as some additional resources in the event a crisis actually occurs.

Of all the course topics that we covered this month, I would have to say that paying attention to the details as well as a having all the media lists up to date can make or break any crisis communications plan structure. Also delegating the appropriate staff that understand their role on an exceptional level. When I put together this crisis communication plan this time around I did not leave this portion open to determination. I simply took the key members and added them in its entirety.

The knowledge that I learned this month definitely has me thinking from a higher stance on operations in general. I know I am going to build an epic infrastructure with Stellar Echelon, but I will leave the smaller details to relevant staff. I am going to be the leader / boss and I do understand that I need a well rounded understanding of the inner workings of public relations.

With that being said, I am ever focused and ready to employ these cornerstone skills and change the dynamics out in my industry. With all of that’s being said the journey continues!

Oh yeah, these goals will come to pass this year believe that! It’s all about effort and the visualization of the type of life that you want. Once you break those limiting beliefs the law of attraction will take precedence. I intend to make this happen.
