The man who didn’t die a heroic death in the rebellion.

The man who was shot in the back just trying to run away.

Who threw the first stone at the riot against imperial occupation on Ferrix.

A gentle giant, a protector. He never went chasing trouble, he just pulled his family out of it over and over again.

His body must have still been warm when Cassian kissed him goodbye.

Brasso should’ve been buried on Ferrix alongside his people, not left to rot in a field on a foreign planet after being displaced and hunted my a fascist regime.

“Did you hear? They caught a group over in 50. One of them got shot. But I heard the rest escaped. They’re ramping up security.” Another horror story for the people in the next block to shiver over.

This is how senseless and prevalent death is in a galaxy under imperial rule. You are not permitted to exist if you do not conform.
