here's the thing. it doesn't matter how much you love someone you can't be responsible for their mental health. you can care about them as much as you want but sadly you can't make them okay. the best you can do is reach out to them and offer support but it they won't take it,, you can't do much more.

It’s very important and healing for me to think about the fact that Spock and Jim are both there for each other during “ugly” symptoms of mental illness.
