I’m nearly halfway done with Chapter 8 at this point. I most definitely do not feel differently, and once I finish Chapter 8 I’m gonna go straight to Chapter 10. I need to make sure I can actually fit everything I need in there. Afterwards I’ll circle back to Chapter 9.

So I finished Chapter 8 three days ago (although I am now waiting for my brother’s revisions). And of course, now that I CAN write Chapter 10, I have 1) the struggle of final grades and 2) the paranoia I won’t do it justice.

I finished a draft of Chapter 9 AND Chapter 10, and already edited one scene from each.

Chapter 9 is slightly shorter, but Chapter 10 is slightly longer, so they average out to two normal-length chapters!

I can’t wait for everyone to read them. Chapter 10 is by far and away my favorite.
