Knitting 3 Dimensional Forms

The brief for this project was to apply a textile process in an innovative way in order to develop form. Co created with Bethany Pearce. Proposed project: To create textile structures for plants, textile forms intersecting with product design and architecture. Mode of making: Shima Seiki WholeGarment digital knitting technology was utilised to create seamless, 3 dimensional form. Materials: Primarily organic cotton.
