This is sort of a personal thing kind of

Idk its inspired by when I first held my neice- i was gonna make a short lil comic but i havent had the motivation to do much in general lol

But anyway! I was in a really bad state of mind when my neice was born, i was about to graduate and I was suicidal, not thinking or wanting to make it past 18 - 20.

My sister just got home from the hospital and asked me to hold this infant while her and my mom went to go do smth. And i had done child development- I trained for that moment lol

So I was holding this baby, just joking around and poking fun at how babies look like old men. And then i just stopped and stared at this kid as she grabbed my finger and squeezed as hard as her lil hand could. Looking at me with the biggest eyes. And idk what happened but I just started crying and holding this baby to my chest. It was the first time I had cried in a long time. I felt so protective over her and promised myself id stick around to make sure nothing bad would happen.

Also i mean- im the biggest and most out Queer person in my family so it'd be a shame if i didnt stick around. I gotta make an example out of myself lol

Obviously im fine now, but i was thinking back on that moment and it made me think of hwo i imagine Leo would feel about Casey Jr
