Saturday morning book haul

So every morning I get off the train and start my 20 minute walk to work, and there’s this guy who’s always like 3 steps ahead of me and always beats me to the street corner bc I get stopped by the light and he passes it. but today I was ahead of him for the first time and he RUNS in front of me, turns around and goes “I’ve been winning for 2 months now, can’t stop now, have a good day, see you tomorrow.”  tmrw I swear i’m wearing running shoes to work.

The Beginning

Over the years, I have always wanted to travel. I used to go into travel booking stores to pick up tour books to flip through and ‘plan' my future trip. These trips I would end up planning, never happened. I’ve been living life day by day or “flying by the seat of my pants” as some would say. Recently, I noticed that I should be living my dream. Why should I sit back and spend all of my days working jobs that truly - to put it bluntly - suck?  I’ve been stuck in a crevice of work, bills and more bills. This is something that has deterred me from travelling. I would think, “How am I going to afford a trip like that when I barely have enough to live”. Well, I’ve learned that there are always ways to change that at least by a little bit. So, I’ve booked my first trip to Europe catching the first deal that came available. I’m leaving my terrible job behind to see one of the my dream destinations.  I’m writing to share my experience from the beginning; to show people that it is possible to live your dreams of traveling and it isn’t too late to start.  Here is my experience.
