I’m going to create a keto challenge, I have a support group on facebook too which people can join. But instead we can just do something on here. I haven’t got much time to design so it might not look too snazzy - but I want people to be able to get involved in something together.

PS - I’m working today (the same as every day) but I feel shocking, so it’s probably going to be towards the end of the week when I find time to put something together. Please reply if interested.

I spent so much of my life hating my mind and my body and then this weekend they both seemed to just agree with each other and let me do the most epic fitness related thing I’ve ever done. I ran (and I mean ran, we barely walked until some bits of the last lap) 3 laps of a Tough Mudder, back to back. 50km of mud and obstacles and ice and climbing and jumping and swimming and running.

I am fucking unbelievable and I don’t care who thinks that’s arrogant as shit.
