Should not have looked back at how skinny I was last year, and I remember being so hard on myself and feeling huge... I would love to get back to that size again. I’m gonna make it happen.

When you feel like driving away and never coming back instead of driving to work. 😐😐😐

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.

So I took an iron supplement for the first time last night and I just got my period this morning. Not sure if they are related but since I’ve been struggling with amenorrhea so much lately I really hope it is an easy fix like that.
I want to live in a world where guac isn't extra but mandatory.
Subtly Tries To Regulate Breathing Rate So No One Knows I Got Winded Walking Up The Stairs: a novel by me
For when you want to move your body, but your brain won't let you.
Oh hey look, something that ISN’T TOTAL FUCKING BULLSHIT :D
… Step 1. Realize that you should exercise. Step 2 ? Step 3. HEALTH!
When you’re depressed, that question mark can be a barely navigable labyrinth of garbage fires fueled by physical and mental exhaustion, self-loathing, defeat, and frustration. The last time I found myself trying to hack through that mess during a particularly dark period, I started to come up with my own list of bare-bones, practical tips to help me face the idea of moving again. Now I’m sharing them, in case they might help someone else in a similar position. I stress the word “might.” If you’re depressed, the last thing you need is another a-hole telling you what you should do. But if you’re looking for somewhere to start, I’ve been there too.
First heading? “You don’t have to exercise.” I love this entire piece. It’s going on facebook, that’s how much I love it. A+
“The perfect body is a breathing one. Anything that serves those ends is worth considering. Everything else is noise.”
“Most of these training tips and listicles read like they came from people who have faced very little adversity in their lives, and who think that their own health is entirely the product of their own hard work.”
some people have asked me about how to exercise when you’re depressed! this is a great article about it.
So I was only gonna do an hour on my bike today like usual but when I saw how close I was to getting 500 total miles on my bike I decided to keep going for the extra 27 minutes it took me! 💪💪💪
I really wasn’t feeling the gym tonight before I went, but I actually had a pretty awesome workout once I got into the groove! It always seems like the hardest part is just making yourself go.
About to put in some time on my bike before hopefully I can make myself get to the gym (I'm really not feeling motivated to go tonight). I felt pretty buff when I looked in the mirror today so I thought I should selfie. 😉
I know I haven't posted in forever but here is some transformation Tuesday!
Body goals: mine. My own body. Healthier and stronger.
So I think I’m gonna start getting up a little earlier in the morning so I can get some fasted cardio in first thing. I feel like if I get up and do it I’ll be a lot more consistent than waiting until after work when I’m mentally tired to do it.
Does anyone even try to explain this diet
All I ever get it negative feedback. Such a downer.
Nope, lol. There is a running joke that keto is like fight club, first rule: don’t talk about it. ;) If people are super curious I usually just say ‘low carb’ and leave it at that.

So I really need to schedule my wellness checkup for work but every time I think about calling to schedule it, I get major anxiety. :/
