just thinking about catra and adora being friends again tho…. like yes of course there’s so much wonderful new romantic relationship but they didn’t just miss each other because they’re in love with each other, they missed each other because they were best friends and they loved each other! there’s so many shared experiences, inside jokes, so much love of all kinds between them that they’ve been missing out on for years and now they have all of that back again, and more!
