Paso de Bernina or Bernina Pass, yet I see a big parrot on the right but when I shot it I thought I saw a rabbit's head. I always see animals in the mountains and the rocks.

The Ego-Body Illusion A Course in Miracles – Chapter 4 – V. - T-4.V.4. The body is the ego's home by its own election. 2 It is the only identification with which the ego feels safe, since the body's vulnerability is its own best argument that you cannot be of God. 3 This is the belief that the ego sponsors eagerly. 4 Yet the ego hates the body, because it cannot accept it as good enough to be its home. 5 Here is where the mind becomes actually dazed. 6 Being told by the ego that it is really part of the body and that the body is its protector, the mind is also told that the body cannot protect it. 7 Therefore, the mind asks, "Where can I go for protection?" to which the ego replies, "Turn to me." 8 The mind, and not without cause, reminds the ego that it has itself insisted that it is identified with the body, so there is no point in turning to it for protection. 9 The ego has no real answer to this because there is none, but it does have a typical solution. 10 It obliterates the question from the mind's awareness. 11 Once out of awareness the question can and does produce uneasiness, but it cannot be answered because it cannot be asked. ©2020 Carlos Cazalis/Minos Images/All Rights Reserved.
We are the world. The world is you and me, the world is not separate from you and me. We have created this world - the world of violence, the world of wars, the world of religious divisions, sex, anxieties, the utter lack of communication with each other, with no sense of compassion, consideration for another. Wherever one goes in any country throughout the world, human beings, that is, you and another, suffer; we are anxious, we are uncertain, we don’t know what is going to happen. Everything has become uncertain. Right through the world as human beings we are in sorrow, fear, anxiety, violence, uncertain of everything, insecure. There is a common relationship between us all. We are the world essentially, basically, fundamentally. The world is you, and you are the world. Realizing that fundamentally, deeply, not romantically, not intellectually but actually, then we see that our problem is a global problem. It is not my problem or your particular problem, it is a human problem.

For Every Moon. This post and the following is my response to the chaos and the reactions occurring around the world towards the pandemic and to the those individuals in power who are lost, have no love and have chosen hate as their vehicles of creation. I am back on this platform after leaving Instagram and Facebook behind. I will filter out all the hate and promotion of violence I see. This includes friends who share violence. I will not abide to violence unnecessarily. There is a time to defend oneself, to ensure that one is not harmed and to stop those who are harming others. That's it! Any other form of showing or sharing violence is a participation in violence. We will go to war because they have declared war upon us, but we will not kill unnecessarily, we will not perpetuate the violence and we will do our best to end it promptly. ©2020 Carlos Cazalis/Minos Images/All Rights Reserved.
Surrendering to be free. Yesterday I thought I saw a UFO today as I look out onto the same horizon for three months, a sailboat heads east. Freedom to roam? Freedom in this pandemic? What does that really mean? After all, even if we go back to "normalcy" we are still in this earthly prison and in a body. How many of you are still identifying with your name, your shape, your nationality and of course your ideas? Someone I love is locked in quarantine for nearly 21 days now, in a hotel room. Waiting? It's ironic, because once she gets out, we'll be confined to the sanitary cordon of our district and then to the island. Leave we can, but where to would be the question and coming back means going back into quarantine. So, it's like being in prison in a way. In the earlier part of the XX century, prisons were outdoors, there were no giant walls, they were simply located in more isolated areas. Perhaps near a swamp or in a Gulag. Then, one had the freedom to still be amongst nature, even if it was a threatening one and one was in a chain gang. Today's prison's are more man made than anything else. They derive from the sickness of man's mind. We will be free, when we are free of all this we call forms and that includes walls and bodies. For is not the body the prison of every soul? : #prison #freedom #covidconfinement #covidAzores #sailboat #selfawareness #self #lockdown #theblues https://www.instagram.com/p/B_cXIzHKwpY/?igshid=15dm26xn0p2qy
On this Earth Day today, we realize we are united on one beautiful and highly volatile rock, called planet Earth. Today the earth celebrates, as humanity is vastly still for the most part. Today it breathes a different air and exhales for us a different air. Why we are the way we are is of no surprise. After all, we have thousands of years of conditioning behind us but we also have the capacity, the knowledge, the wisdom to stop and think how to be a better individual for the benefit of the whole. May you enjoy this Earth today, listen to its sorrows and laughters and rejoice that it is as we are confined to be a part of our growing process. : #earthday #earthday2020 #earth #fromtheazores #earthcovid19 #covid19 #coronavirus #pollution #açores #diadaterra #diadelatierra #2020 https://www.instagram.com/p/B_RmXVeKCrf/?igshid=19pm1vy875685
For Every Storm. In our lives, all storms hold a path to a greater consciousness. You may not enjoy the ride, because you fear the end, because your mind is fixed on the next possibility. Your pain is attached to your body and only your body image identification. Sure the pain is there, but all pain is constantly in motion and will pass. Give all your attention to your pain and not to the pain and discover that the pain is passing. Every storm will therefore pass. Take care of your body, for you need it to pass through every storm. This implies your mind, which you can learn to control instead of it being in control of you. Follow me on Instragram @cazalis_om ©2020 Carlos Cazalis/Minos Images/All Rights Reserved.

The hardest truth. Álvaro Passalacqua, José Fernando Molina, Alejandro Adame, Alfonso Ortiz and the novilleros without picadores Daniel de la Fuente y Rodrigo Pipio last night in Sevilla. This is by far the hardest profession. Everyday at work one has to overcome not only one's fears but the expectations of everyone around you. When "failure" appears, one never knows how long the ladder back up will be. Seville, España 20 de Julio 2017 ©2017 Carlos Cazalis/All Rights Reserved/Minos Images.
