Tom wasn’t wrong. — Their daughter seemed to get bigger and bigger everyday. Liz had heard parents talking about kids growing up too fast in the past and whenever she did, she rolled her eyes, but since becoming a mother herself? She was realising they were right all along. ‘I know,’ the woman hummed, reaching out to bop Callie’s nose. ‘Can you believe she’s six months old? We’ll be celebrating her 18th in no time.’

His own eyes were never leaving his daughters face, they may still be unsure of her true father still. However it didn’t matter not to any of them. The three of them were Callie’s parents, and speaking of Callie, the little girl really needed to stop growing up so fast. “No way she is, I can’t believe how fast that has gone.” Tom smiled, reaching over and giving his best friends hand a squeeze. “Still can’t believe she’s real,”
